This Shipping Policy applies to all products purchased from Kiacore.

We aim to deliver your order safely and in perfect condition to the address provided at checkout. To ensure smooth delivery, please provide a complete and accurate address where someone is available during normal business hours.

For security reasons, we do not ship to post office boxes or addresses where the recipient cannot be clearly identified.

Large automotive accessories are only delivered to physical street addresses. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Delays

Kiacore is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs processes, or other external factors beyond our control. Delivery times do not include weekends or public holidays.

Undelivered Packages

If delivery is unsuccessful and no one is available to receive the parcel, it may be returned to the local delivery depot. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange redelivery or collection.

Incorrect Shipping Address

We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. Please ensure all details are accurate before placing your order.

Secure Delivery Address

We recommend using a secure delivery address such as your home or workplace. Kiacore is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once delivery has been confirmed.

Delivery Completion

A delivery is considered complete once the courier confirms the parcel has been delivered to the provided address.

All orders are processed and dispatched directly from our primary distribution warehouse and principal place of business located at Unit 5, 150 Colemans Road, Dandenong South VIC 3175, Australia. Please note that our facility operates strictly as a B2B logistics hub and fulfilment warehouse; it is not a customer-facing retail storefront.
