You can get eligible for a return no reason, but your item must be in the same condition as when you received it.If the item is defective or incorrect please contact us within 7 days after you received the item.And we will pay shipments and creat return label to buyers.
We accept, within 30 days if buyer received the item and wants a refund. Returned item must be its original packaging and in a brand new (resalable) condition. Shipping will be at the expense of the buyer if any items no probelms, which means return items which are non-defective will not included shipping fees.

As someone has already commented, I would like it to sit a little further forward but the Velcro doesn't allow it to as it catches the latch.
The straps could be moved more to the centre.
Also hard to find tissue boxes to fit.

Would have liked it to come a bit more forward but the strap prevents it. Minor thing.
Otherwise we are very happy & it's comfortable to rest your arm on.
It fits in well, but a modification is needed for my model of Sportage. To use the 12volt plug in the console the organiser won't allow the arm rest to close. A cut-out on the front right side would be needed to use the plug.
These car mats are very nicely manufactured, stylish and durable. It protects the car carpet from all the dust and debris that gathers on a daily basis. Easy to clean
Product as ordered was supplied, however the collective boxed packaging had the boot liner folded creating a bump in the floor area which makes the carrying of flat items unstable. Trying sun therapy to flatten the bump but so far unsuccessful.
After consultation with the customer service team, their expert advice enabled the rectification of the delivery problem. Item is now as you would expect it to be.
Based on their excellent advice service I ordered some other items as they have demonstrated they care about their products and customer enquiries.
